Skillshare: Creative Intervision
Looking for a one-hour method to consult effectively as a team? In non-profit work, there’s often no time for peer reflection. It often needs external facilitation. Or the exchange ends without any concrete next steps.
Creative Intervision solves exactly that: anyone can facilitate it, no psychologist needed in the room. Fixed time slots make sure everyone gets equal speaking time, instead of one person taking up all the space. Playful drawing is part of the format. And it’s fun to arrive at concrete solutions together quickly, instead of ending on a vague “nice to catch up.”
In one hour, we’ll walk you through the method live in small groups (3–4 people), with clear roles and a simple 5-phase process you can take straight back to your own organization. We’ll deliberately mix participants from different organizations, so you can also get some fresh outside perspective. Afterwards, there’s time for your questions.
